I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following:
1. Scope of Service. Stronghold is a coaching platform focused on forward-looking behavioral growth and personal development. It is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment, medical care, psychiatric services, or crisis intervention.
2. Assessment Purpose. The Stronghold Assessment measures behavioral patterns, relational dynamics, and life-domain strain. It does not constitute a clinical diagnosis. Higher scores indicate areas of strain or difficulty — not a permanent condition or fixed identity.
3. Dual-Track Agreement. If my assessment identifies high-risk areas (scores ≥65 in clinical domains), I agree to seek consultation with a licensed mental health provider as a condition of continued coaching. I understand that my coach will not treat, diagnose, or provide clinical therapy for flagged areas.
4. Mandatory Reporting. Confidentiality has limits. If information shared in assessment or coaching sessions reveals a credible threat of harm to myself or others, or evidence of child abuse or neglect, my practitioner is legally and ethically obligated to report to appropriate authorities per Oklahoma state law.
5. Emergency Protocol. Stronghold is not a crisis service. If I am in immediate danger, I understand I must contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Stronghold cannot provide emergency intervention.
6. Data & Confidentiality. My assessment data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without my written consent, except as required by law or mandated reporting obligations.
7. Voluntary Participation. I understand that participation in coaching is voluntary and I may discontinue at any time. Stopping coaching does not release me from any obligation to seek clinical care if flagged areas have been identified.
1. You are a coach on this platform. Stronghold is a coaching platform. Its assessments are coaching tools. Its reports are coaching intelligence. Its AI is a coaching assistant. None of it constitutes clinical practice. If you are a licensed mental health provider, you are using this platform in your capacity as a coach or consultant — not in your clinical capacity. Your license does not expand the scope of this platform.
2. Use coach, consultant, or practitioner — not counselor. Regardless of your licensure, do not describe your work on this platform as counseling in marketing, in session, or in client communications. You are functioning as a coach or consultant. If you hold a clinical license, you may reference it as a credential — you may not use it to frame your Stronghold work as clinical treatment. Acceptable titles when using this platform: Coach, Consultant, Practitioner, Advisor.
3. Clinical flags require referral, not treatment. When assessment scores indicate clinically significant depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, trauma, or substance use, you must refer the client to a licensed mental health provider for clinical care. This requirement applies regardless of your own licensure. Stronghold does not authorize clinical treatment — it generates coaching intelligence that informs referral decisions.
4. Macy is a coaching assistant, not a diagnostic tool. Macy's output is coaching intelligence — pattern recognition, plan generation, and session preparation. It is not a clinical assessment, a treatment plan, or a diagnostic instrument. Do not represent Macy's output as clinical guidance regardless of your credentials.
5. Mandatory reporting applies. If information shared in coaching reveals a credible threat of harm to the client or others, or evidence of child abuse or neglect, you are obligated to report to the appropriate authorities per the laws of your jurisdiction. Your Stronghold role does not suspend or modify this obligation.
6. Emergency protocol. Stronghold is not a crisis service. If a client is in immediate danger, direct them to call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not attempt to manage a crisis through this platform.
7. Client data is confidential. Assessment data, session notes, and report content are confidential. Do not share client data with third parties without written consent, except as required by law or mandatory reporting obligations.
8. You accept these terms on behalf of your practice. By clicking "I Agree," you represent that you have read, understood, and will comply with these ethics and scope requirements for every client you work with on this platform — regardless of any license you hold outside of it.
